The mini loader GUS-M350 is a device for automatic feeding of PCBs into a conveyor or a placement machine. PCBs are inserted directly into the slots of the loader and no racks are used.
This arrangement is advantageous for small production where the pasted PCB can be inserted into the loader directly from the printer.
Slotted holders are arranged in an endless belt that moves up and down inside the loader. The left and right belts are controlled by 2 independent motors, which allows automatic leveling of PCBs that have not been inserted into the loader horizontally.
Connection to other devices using the SMEMA bus.
The advantage is the small floor plan of the device - only 56 cm long in the direction of the line.
Setting the width of the DPS - using the buttons on the control panel.
