The Neoden K1830 is Neoden's latest high-speed embedding machine featuring:
It boasts a placement rate of up to 16,000 components per hour (CPH), which can be achieved with an eight nozzle gantry head. Using an integrated flying vision system and position feedback controlled by a Panasonic servo motor, the Neoden K1830 can achieve a positioning accuracy of 0.01mm without sacrificing CPH speed.
The Neoden K1830 transports PCBs in a self-adjusting automatic rail system (standard) and accommodates up to sixty-six 8mm pneumatic or electric tape feeders (Yamaha). Usually machines of this production caliber face component size limitations, but the K1830 is capable of handling 0201, 0402, LED, BGA, 0.4mm pitch QFP, right up to SMT connectors; compatibility also with cut tape, free feeder, tube or magazine feeder.
