The non-return valve DV-5325 is designed for high-precision medium to high viscosity dosing. Thanks to the compact design, the valve can be used in automatic lines and in confined production conditions. This metering valve is pneumatically controlled.
Precise separation of the media is achieved thanks to the back movement effect. The return stroke can be adjusted with the adjusting screw.

How it works:
By pressure of air we push the spring, which in the rest state keeps the valve in the closed position. This allows the material to flow through the valve. Auxiliary air can also be used to close the valve faster.
If the feed material is sensitive to moisture, a moisture barrier can be created using a small oiler.
