Micron-S dosing needle with precision hole and conical nickel tip. Thanks to the thin-walled, rigid, conical design with a smooth inner wall, the flow of the dosing media is improved and, in addition, the exact diameter of the outlet bore is always guaranteed.

Compared to standard dosing needles, a particularly smooth wall leads to the lowest back pressure and a very smooth liquid outflow, which separates perfectly thanks to the thin edge of the opening. The tendencies to thread formation and tightening are thus minimized. This enables reliable and accurate operation at low pressure, increases dosing accuracy, prolongs service life and protects fluid.

A needle design with an Apticote inner coating is also available, which reduces fluid friction and prevents wear and surface damage.
