INSPEX 3 is an integrated digital microscope system for inspection and basic measurement, ideal for production and inspection environments. It offers a fast display of live images in Full HD (1080p) at 60fps. and other add-on features without using a PC.

MAIN FEATURES:

CALIBRATION MONITORING - Company ASH patented solution enables accurate measurements at any magnification - see also 2D MEASUREMENT.
PRESETS - The user can save settings like magnification, image parameters, illumination value and drawn shapes to presets. When re-checking the same object, the operator sets the ideal viewing conditions with just one click.
2D MEASUREMENT - 2D measurements from point to point as well as text notes can be saved and displayed as special objects. Overlaying the image with these objects immediately shows whether the sample meets the saved criteria.
USER RIGHTS - The administrator can only set up other users to load preferences and change the necessary parameters so that they do not affect the measurement and control process.
AUTOMATIC FOCUS - With one click, you can turn on intelligent auto focusing. It is especially useful when inspecting 3D objects within the focus depth for a given magnification.
PICTURE CAPTURE - The system automatically inserts time, user and image magnification information into the captured image. This image can be stored in the internal memory or on a PC or USB stick.
