With the new developed DC 3000 dispenser, all necessary settings can be made on the 5“ touch display. Dispensing pressure and vacuum suck back are controlled by the well-known knobs located on the front panel. The design of the software makes sure that the dispenser can be operated intuitively - also with standard chemical protective gloves.
For the pressures shown on the color display (inlet- and dispensing pressure as well as vacuum suck back), limit areas can be set in order to increase the repeatability of the dispensing
results. In case the system is out of the preset range, the values will be light to up in RED.
The large memory of the DC 3000 allows up to 64 programs to be stored. In addition to the setting of a cycle mode in which dispensing and waiting times alternate, it is now also
possible to combine up to five previously stored dispensing programs into sequences and run them one after the other.
If required, the unit can be secured with a PIN code against not authorized personnel.
