The high pressure valve is used to dispense thick materials such as silicones, RTV, pastes and lubricants. The valve is designed to withstand the high pressure of the dispensed material. The dosing material that is pushed from the high pressure pump reservoir reaches a pressure of up to 170 bar.
It can be operated either one way ie. that compressed air only serves to open the valve and the valve is closed by a spring for thinner materials.
For very dense materials that are not sufficient to close the spring, a two-way control is used, ie the opening and closing of the valve will provide compressed air through separate inlets. It is recommended to use the VC1060 controller for two-way operation.
