SUPERFORM / AF is a machine designed for cutting, bending and shaping leads of axial components with diameter ranging from 0.5 to 0.8 mm.
The innovative, fully mechanical performing system allows rotation and then the central displacement stops while the two forming assemblies grasp the component leads and shape them into the chosen shape. In this way, the parts are first cut to a selected length and bent into a "U" shape, and then forming takes place.
The cutting and bending parameters as well as the recess position are fully adjustable. With this machine, different shapes can be obtained by simply replacing two performing dies. It is also possible to eliminate part of the shaping operation and only get U-shaped cutting and bending.
By using a variable speed motor drive unit, it is possible to operate automatically and the production speed can be increased.

For work is necessary to obtain the performing die 420.XXX for each shape separately
