Preeflow® eco-PEN330 is a rotary, pressure-tight dispensing system. It consists of a stainless steel rotor and an elastomer stator, which together form a self-sealing system. This "arrangement" and design create separate, separate "chambers". Due to the rotational movement of the rotor, the volumetric "chambers" are pushed forward, creating a material flow under pressure. At the same time, a small negative pressure is generated in the upper part and for self-priming liquids with low viscosity.
The materials to be dispensed can flow from the valve in very small quantities, either as single points or as a continuous flow. The extrusion is fully volumetric and the set volume or flow rate does not change even when the viscosity of the medium changes. EcoPen330 can be controlled not only to dispense material from the valve, but also "reverse" to the valve for precise and repeatable operation. This ensures very clean and accurate material dosing.
The EC-200K controller is used for control.
