The diaphragm valve is a great choice for dispensing low to medium viscosity fluids. As a rule, the diaphragm prevents aggressive media from coming into contact with the mechanical mechanism of the valve. This valve is therefore designed primarily for dispensing cyanoacrylates, UV adhesives, paints, ink, electrolytes, glues, alcohols and other thin and at the same time aggressive substances.

How it works:
The valve opens with a pneumatic pulse. The valve is then closed by a built-in spring. The diaphragm valves exhibit particularly good properties, especially in the case of high frequency output cycles with a small dosing quantity. The required amount can be precisely fine-tuned with a fine adjustment screw on the valve head. The Luer Lock Thread End has a very low dead volume!
