Description

The diaphragm valve model DV-5625-MED is very well suited for applications in the medical industry due to the chosen stainless steel material 1.4404 / 316L. It works for low and medium viscosity fluids. Some of these fluids may be various solvents, reagents, UV adhesives, anaerobic materials. epoxies, oils, medium viscosity lubricants and other low to medium viscosity range materials. A flexible diaphragm, in this very well designed dispense valve, separates the wetted parts from the control unit providing optimal conditions for precise dispensing of these materials. This valve can be mounted vertically or at various angles providing proper access to the dispense points. Maintenance of the valve is fast and easy.

Functionality

Utilizing a properly timed compressed air "pulse", the valve is opened to allow dispensing of controlled amount of material. A built-in spring closes the valve once the material is dispensed. The valve model DV-5625-MED definitely proves its superiority particularly during high frequency output cycles of small dispensing. Fine adjustment on the valve body allows for further control of amount of the material to be dispensed. The luer lock adapter, supplied with the valve,  has a very small dead volume.
