An effective way to refill grease, epoxies, silicones, solder paste and thixotropic materials from large SEMCO cartridges (180-590 ml) into small luer lock cartridges (3-55 ml) without air bubbles.
The filling devices can be connected either to a dispenser for automation of the operation or to a direct compressed air source with manual fill control.
The small cartridges are filled from below and the material together with the piston is extruded upwards and thus does not produce air bubbles in the filled cartridge,
