Description
The DV-5425-SS needle valve has been specially developed for dispensing low to medium viscosity materials. It is possible to apply both miniature drops and smoothly apply caterpillar shapes.
The needle metering valve is pneumatically controlled. The piston stroke can be precisely adjusted with an adjustable screw. The slim design allows installation into automatic lines with high bearing density.

How it works:
The air pressure forces the spring to hold the valve in the closed position at rest. This allows the material to flow through the valve. The valve opening rate can be adjusted using the adjusting screw. Auxiliary air can also be used for faster closing.
