The digital control device VC1200 makes precise control of spray valves possible. It controls the compressed air, used to open and close the valve, as well as compressed air use to atomize the material. The compressed air, which is used to atomize the material, is adjustable. Three different time intervals can be set: pre-, main- and post-spray time. These adjustment possibilities ensure that a clean spray pattern is generated and no material clings to the nozzle.
