DESCRIPTION

The 2K mixing and dispensing device was developed to process medium amounts of 2K materials. As a principle of supplying two components, piston pumps are used which are driven by two pneumatic cylinders. The system comes standard with 2 x 11 liter containers and can optionally be combined with 35 liter containers. The containers are airtight and not pressurized. These can also be open at any time during operation.

HOW DOES IT WORK

Resin and hardener pistons are designed according to the mixing ratio (MP). The MP is therefore fixed to a specific material. Advantage: The operator cannot change the mixing ratio! Of course, the MP can be changed by replacing the cylinder and hardener piston.
The two material pistons are connected to each other by a piston plate. The piston plate is pneumatically driven by pneumatic cylinders. When the piston plate moves upwards, the two pistons exit the rollers on the material. The material is sucked into the rolls. When the piston plate now moves downwards, the two material pistons are dipped parallel to the seals and convey the material separately through the check valves to the outlet valve. The material is connected at the front of the outlet and flows through a static mixing nozzle. Two operating modes can be selected on the controller:
- Manual operation
- Always dosing the same amount

The delivery also includes an electronic controller.
