The dispensing control unit has been developed and tested for high-precision work with 1-component eco-PEN valves. The dispensing system has a wide variety of setting options for the dispensing quantity and time. All the values that are related to production can be saved and changed at any time. Up to 100 different programs can be stored in the dispensing control unit.
Operation is done via an intuitive operator guidance system using a graphic user interface. Simultaneous operation of two identical 1-component dispensers is possible. A separate activation (software licenses) is required.
The dispensers have been developed and tested for precision dispensing of materials ranging from low to high viscosity with extremely high repeat precision.
